Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coaching Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including coaches, administrators, players, and parents.
Use of Service
You agree to use Coaching Drive only for lawful purposes related to legitimate sports coaching and team management activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all video, playbook, and other content you upload to Coaching Drive. By uploading content, you grant Coaching Drive a limited license to host and display the content to authorized users within your organization for the purpose of providing the service.
Role-Based Access & Permissions
Coaching Drive enforces role-based access control. Super Admins and Admins are responsible for correctly configuring permissions for their organizations. Misuse of administrative access to expose inappropriate data to unauthorized roles is a violation of these terms.
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Limitation of Liability
Coaching Drive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
