Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, organization), usage data (actions within the platform, login timestamps), video content uploaded to the platform, and communication data (messages sent through the platform). We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Coaching Drive service, authenticate your identity and enforce role-based access control, send important platform notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Role-based access control ensures users can only access data within their authorization level. Full audit logging records all platform actions with timestamps. Regular security reviews are conducted by our team.
Video Content
Videos uploaded to Coaching Drive are stored securely and are only accessible to users with appropriate role permissions within your organization. Videos are never shared with third-party organizations without explicit authorization from your Super Admin.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow data export, then permanently deleted. Season data flagged for archive remains accessible per the Legacy Queries feature of your plan.
